The days are long gone when being unkempt was a symbol of masculinity. Women want to have a careful and groomed man, but there is no need to get manipulative for that. You men need a skin care routine, not just women, but you need it as well!
1. CTM is Important:

Like women, the routine of CTM (cleaning, toning, and moisturizing) is just as essential for men. They are exposed every day to ozone, vehicle exhaust, cigarette smoke and other toxins that damage the skin. Men tend to have oilier and thicker skin than women. They need a decent facial cleanser that works on all kinds of skin.
Cleansing is necessary to cleanse your skin and remove dead skin cells. Using a gentle cleanser to cleanse the skin without drying it. Men are lazy to wash their faces before they go to bed, and that triggers come done. Cleansing must be undertaken to prevent whiteheads, blackheads, and acne. You can also use a simple rose water potion for toning.
And moisturizing helps to avoid cracking, dry and dull skin. Itchy skin is painful, and it is necessary to apply a thick moisturizing cream to your skin and body to cure this form of skin. The thick moisturizer does not mean a greasy formula, there are light moisturizers that keep your skin covered for hours to come.
2. Watch Your Shaving Technique:

For some men, Razer with several sheets may work too well or rase your skin too tight. If you ever encounter razor bumps, rash burns, or ingrown hairs, use a single or double-blade razor instead and do not stretch your skin when shaving. Wet your skin and hair before you shave to soften it. Use a moisturizing shaving cream and shave to grow your hair. Rinse after each swipe of the razor and adjust the blade after five to seven shaves to reduce discomfort.
3. Always Apply Sunscreen:

The sunscreen is also something that men prefer to ignore. A minimum of SPF 30 must be used for the sunscreen. It is not thermal heat, but sun rays, which ruin your skin’s colors and texture. Apply it on your face and hands to prevent tanning. Before you go out, make sure you use the sunscreen 15 minutes, so it gets properly absorbed.
4. Exfoliate Daily:

Exfoliation is important to stop the build-up and cause bacterial contamination of dead skin cells in your skin. When the skin is not scrubbed, the pores build up dirt which causes the skin to burst out more often. The list of ‘men’s beauty tricks’ exfoliates the skin. Removal of dead skin cells leaves the face radiant and healthy. One should use a soft but granulated facial scrub once a week to lighten the skin and to remove pain. Another benefit of facial exfoliation lies in a smoother rubbish and reduced inflammation of the hair follicles.
5. Check your skin regularly:

Early warning signs of skin disease are often new spots or moles that itch, bleed, or change color. Make an appointment to see a dermatologist if you find any unknown areas. Men over 50 years of age are more likely than the public to have melanoma, the deadliest type of skin cancer. Yet skin cancer is highly treatable when detected early.
6. Put frozen spoons under your eyes:

That sounds a little nut – but it works! Place a teaspoon overnight in your freezer and place it under your eyes in the morning. You will look more waking immediately, and your under-eye bags like magic will vanish. Even if you poorly slept the night before, you could go out like a male model of your home.
7. Stay Hydrate:

At least ten cups of water should be drunk by men every day. Toxins are washed away from your body when you drink water. This causes a luminous, male skin model. Hydration is a convenient way to handle your body – just take your picture shooting skin for a plump water intake.
8. Sleep Tight:

It is not enough for women to get beauty sleep! Eight hours a night for glowing skin, Male models swear to sleep. Your body fixes the skin during sleep, develops collagen to avoid wrinkles and blood flow through the face, which generates healthy glitter. Failure to sleep will cause dark circles under your eyes – to avoid it and to ensure you get your sleep when you wake up!
9. Do not use soap on your face:

You may think it is meaningful to wash your face with the soap on your body – but do not! The pH of your face can be impaired by the soap used to cleanse your body. Dehydration, swelling or even acne may occur. To wash your face, use a special facial cleanser. You must be gentle with the skin on your face, far more delicate than with your skin in the rest of your body. Maintain away from your face your body’s soap!
10 Keep Your Beard Clean:

If you think that makes a style statement, it is all right to sort a beard. But make sure you keep it clean, so that you do not fear itchiness when you are having conversation and food. Only adopt some simple methods of hygiene. The best thing to do is wash your bar with a shampoo or a wash of the face. But make sure you are not over your beard shampoo. The natural oils that keep your beard safe and humidified can be eliminated completely. Any beard oil can also be added after washing it with fragrance.
The skin is different for every guy, and the approach to skin care is not ‘one size fits all.’ See a dermatologist accredited on the board if you are unsure what skin type you have or if you have concerns about how to look after your skin.
